Warmala and Pintja Pintja (Spirits and Butterfly)
A rai spirit dances with a Warmala man (Warmala is a generic term for people in the desert given by the people on the Northern and western fringes of the Great Sandy desert). They dance and sing to enquire about the whereabouts of an angry Rainbow Serpent. The presence of the binta-binta butterflies indicates that the water is nearby.
