About the work

This painting is about the WA Department of Agriculture and Food's Australian Feral Camel Management Project. You can see Mac Jensen and Mr Bennett flying over country after the camels have been shot by the shooters. The camels break the country. They make a big mess in the soaks and rockholes. That means no more marlu and karlaya (kangaroos and emus) because there is not enough water for them.
